Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting fresh food delivered to your door.

Where does Harris Farm Markets source its produce?

We pride ourselves on sourcing the majority of our fruit and vegetables directly from local Australian farmers and markets daily to ensure maximum freshness.

How do you ensure my groceries stay fresh during delivery?

All refrigerated items are packed in insulated liners with chilled gel packs, and our delivery fleet uses temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain the cold chain from our warehouse to your doorstep.

What is the 'Imperfect Picks' range?

Imperfect Picks is our initiative to reduce food waste by selling seasonal produce that might look a little different but tastes delicious, all while helping farmers sell more of their crop.

What are your delivery hours and cut-off times?

We deliver 7 days a week. For same-day delivery, please place your order before 10 am. Specific delivery windows can be selected during the checkout process.

What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?

If you are not home, our drivers will leave your order in a safe place as specified in your delivery instructions. Because we use insulated packaging, your groceries will remain fresh for several hours.

What is your policy on plastic packaging?

We are committed to sustainability. We were the first major Australian grocery to ban plastic bags, and we continue to minimize plastic by offering loose produce and using recyclable paper bags for home deliveries.
